Afternoon 2.30..... hundreds of lakhs of eyes are glued to the tv sets and their hearts praying, and all senses were on red alert as if a brutal war was going to start just outside their houses.....
right from children to well educated persons....from common man to celebrities...every body were tense..excited...
because, there ,some where in a ground two teams were ready to start a game called cricket , each team having 11 members representing it.....
but the fact is two nations , full of hatred and ill feeling were behind that game ....
ya iam speaking about india and pakistan....
I am just seeing and meanwhile a child , may be of 10 years age , was shouting ,in his mother tongue , all sort of bad words a bloody mouth can get for its bitterest enemy.....I asked why and he is saying that the other country is our enemy....wow..
I dont know how many illiterates are there in india , but i suppose very less are there , who was not taught that the other country(pakistan/india) is our enemy....
and there at the political level ...every body were saying that the peace talks were on and a solution was coming in the near future.....
how can be this possible......
i suppose nation is of people ...not just politicians and politics...
and if people are like this how can the both nations find peace...
I dont know how many years still ,are to be passed with the cries of father less children....
home less families....
but with every bullet that was coming out of those hate filled guns......many were becoming homeless...and the most beautiful place on earth kashmir is becoming lifeless.....
I dont want to hate any more , for iam not ideal, just beacuse for every vengeful thought , iam not able to bring back those lost smiles but instead , iam making them lost......
